RULES

By submitting an entry to Gold Frame Baby Photo Contest you unconditionally agree to the following Rules / Regulations / Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions; 

• CASH PRIZES are dependent on the number of contestants.  Paid via Paypal.  If cash is guaranteed, we may have to extend the contest.
   

• POPULAR VOTE-If there is a tie in the popular vote category, Gold Frame Judges will break the tie.  Remember that some people have very large mailing lists and can garner a lot of votes in a short period of time by sending out requests to vote for their child.
   

• No enhancements including MAKEUP-exception is black and white photos.
  
   

• Grand Supreme/top winner must sit out at least 3 months before entering again and must retire winning photo.  Please do not use photos that have placed in our contest in the past.  Popular vote winners cannot win the Popular Vote again for 3 months, BUT can win other places. 1-3rd etc.
  
   

• Deadline-last day of the month unless otherwise noted.  We reserve the right to cancel the contest due to low entries.  A full refund will be issued.
  
   

• Winners will be announced within 1 week of the contest deadline unless otherwise stated.  Scores will not be given out.
  
   

• You may enter as many times as you like during a contest.  
  
   

• Parent or Legal Guardian must be the person submitting the contestant.
  
   

• Do not submit  nude photos of your child, (bathtub okay, as long as  everything is covered that should be covered) they will be disqualified. 
  
   

• Judging will be conducted fairly by a panel of volunteer judges with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age.
  
   

• Prizes will be sent out within 4-6 weeks after the winners have been announced.  It may take as long as eight if you have won a trophy quilt.  Not responsible for lost prize packages in mail.
  
   

• We will not give your personal information out to any third parties, although we do send out e-mail regarding our contest.
  
   

• Gold Frame Baby Photo Contest judges, family and friends are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   

• You agree that we may use child's likeness in advertising.
  
   

• If you reside outside of the United States, you must pay in advance for shipping of prizes.
  
   

• By entering the contest, the parent/guardian/contestant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the rules, terms, and conditions and hereby waive, release, discharge Goldframebaby.com representatives and any employees from any claims resulting from their child's participation in Goldframebaby.com's photo contest.
  
   
• This contest is void where prohibited by law.  The contestant assumes the total responsibility of knowing if they are subject to any local, state or national laws. Gold Frame Baby Photo Contest accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
